Teen atheltic development camp 2021

Get your teen in shape this summer or prepare them for the upcoming fall athletic season. Rush Fitness Gym and CrossFit RFG is offering a two month summer fitness camp tailored to young teen athletes. This is an 8 week athletic program focused on enhancing a young athlete’s power, strength, speed, and coordination. The goal of the camp is to translate those characteristics to their respective sport. Athletes will learn how to lift with a purpose, spring with coordination, and jump using proper mechanics.
