what should i expect When I come in?
Just bring your pretty little self. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. There might be running, jumping, lifting, and definitely sweating. Classes start every hour. We do a class warm up, go over the movements and workout, and then start the clock. A coach is with you every step of the way. You’ll have someone guiding you through the workout.
what if I have an injury?
No worries. If you have some kind of physical limitation, injury, or pain that you are working through, just let us know. Feel free to add it to the message you send us and remind us when you come in. We want to make sure we take your history into consideration and modify appropriately. Having an injury doesn’t mean you can’t work out, it just means we work with modifications and proceed carefully.
what if i haven’t worked out in awhile?
No problem. Again, we take people of all levels and make sure you learn the movement properly and work at your own pace. Even though it’s a group class, you work at your own level. All of our workouts can be modified and reduced to ensure you get a good workout without injury. The most important part is showing up. We’ll take it from there.
